Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy gives you 30 days from the day you receive an item to request a return (only if the item is faulty, wrong colour or size).
You must have the receipt or other proof of purchase and the item must be in the same condition that you received it in order for it to be eligible for a return.
You can get in touch with us at Info.vinobeds@gmail.com to start a return. If your return is approved, we'll email you a return mailing label along with directions on how and where to send your shipment. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
Customers are able to cancel any order for a full refund within 24h after placing the order.
24hours within placing the order the production will start. Once production has started a customer can still cancel the order but there will be a 50% charge for cancellation fee due to cover the loss of committed raw materials, administration and production time.
Once your order is delivered we don't accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.
2 Years Manufacturer Warranty
All of our beds come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, so if your bed or mattress is faulty or damaged, please contact us right away. We'll address the problem or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
Due to the handcrafted nature of all of our beds, the breadth and length should be given a tolerance of up to 3 cm. As with our beds, our mattresses are standard UK sizes. If you have a mattress that is not standard UK size, please let us know the precise measurements so we can see if we can be of assistance.
BED/HEADBOARD DOES NOT FIT
Please double-check all the dimensions, especially the headboard's, before placing your purchase. If the headboard doesn't fit, we can replace it with a smaller one, but there will be a fee of £199. (this includes return of the old headboard, delivery of the new headboard, stocking charge for the old headboard and the new headboard)
